Suggest Treatment For Blood Blister On Torso And Breast

Tiny red blood blister/spots on Torso. I had a heart attack mycardial infarction in FEB. I am awaiting report from Cardiac Specialist 22 June. I mean while I am awaiting a hysterectomy a large fibroid, I am bleeding exteremely heavily . I'm also suffering from anemia. I've alway had just a few of these spots, one on my breast and a few on the front of my torsto but this last week they seem to of scattered all over over the place?
