Suggest Treatment For Blood Clot On My Right Calf

I had a blood clot in my right calf area and was on warfarin for 6 months I'm now on Natto and the leg is much better but now I have a bunch of black spots in my ankle. When I elevate my legs they will disappear but will reappear once I stand up. What are these? I am 53 years old, male and 5'10" 185 pounds
