Suggest Treatment For Blood Clot Type Dot In My Cheek

so i am 20 year old girl and i just found a small black dot inside my mouth on my cheek. sort of like a frickle but darker. and i looked it up and said that melenoma starts like that but also said that it could be a blood clot from biteing my cheek. should i be worried?:/
