Suggest Treatment For Blood Clot

Hello ! first of all i lost my insurance so i can't see my gynecologists anymore. First question do you know where i could get medical assistance. Before i lost my insurance i found out that i had a polyp near my cervix lining. I was given birth control pills to stop the bleeding which has been so servere since january. I am anemic. I had a blood transfusion once because my hemgoglobin being so low.

for the past 2 days the birth control pills don't seem to be working i have been saturating pads within 15 min. Having bad blood clots alot. I am afraid my iron level is getting low again. Help me get an answer please. I am 37. Weigh about 200.
