Suggest Treatment For Blood Clots In Leg Along With Dizziness

I m a 75 years old male in good health, go to the gym everyday, had a triple by pass, no problems. Had several blood clots in the leg, no problem. I had a surface clot which the Dr. said was no problem. I ve lost 22 lbs. through a diet, drink plenty of water, but my blood pressure seems to be low, I m dizzy at times, weak, and I think that perhaps I had a clot travel to my lung. I m off of blood pressure medicine. What could be causng my light headedness and fatigue?
