Suggest Treatment For Blood Discharge After Endometrial Ablation

I had endometrial ablation a week ago, and have been doing well, with no bleeding or discharge. Today, I was on my feet more and more active than I have been and started to have some paid and then a bloody/mucous discharge...is this normal and due to my increased activity?
