Suggest Treatment For Blood Filled Cysts On The Spine

A friend had cysts on her spine that were reduced w/ anti inflammatory meds. Have you ever heard of blood filled cysts on the spine? If so what is the treatment? My sister in law had them for years; so painful she needed heavy sedation. They cracked her vertebrae.
