Suggest Treatment For Blood In Mucus

My boyfriend is forever blowing his nose and doee not have flu symptoms he always has tissues on him and i think i saw a tissue with like an orangey colour on it. Could this be bleeding caused by taking cocaine? i am just a bit concerned and don't really know how to approach him with my concerns.
