Suggest Treatment For Blood Like Discharge While Urinating

I am 64 and had menopause at 52. I recently started noticing a discharge when I urinate with a tiny streak of blood. It doesn't happen every time I go but once in a while. I had my regular check up last November. Never had an abnormal pap. Never took birth control pills or estrogen etc. do I have cancer? The discharge does not smell
