Suggest Treatment For Blood Shot Eye Along With Recurring Headache

My right eye has been bloodshot/yellow for about a month or so(no vision problems) and I've also had headaches and a strong tingling sensation for the same amount of time. I had a nerve-attached cyst removed from the back of my right ear three days ago and the tingling sensation is mostly gone but my eye is still constantly red and headaches are still occurring. I've also had minor neck pain on the right side for the last two days. What kind of doctor should I see?
