Suggest Treatment For Blood Shot Eyes And Swelling And Bruising On Cheek Bone In Children

My son (13) was hit directly in the eye with a baseball while playing catch this evening, and I heard a very loud pop . This caused a nosebleed and some mild swelling around both the brow bone and cheek bone, with bruising on the cheekbone. My son s eye is very bloodshot and his pupil has been very constricted since this happened. He now says he feels tired - which I m not sure is because of being upset from crying or if I should be concerned its something more. He does not have a headache and is not nauseous. He did not lose consciousness. He is not dizzy and feels he sees well even though he notes it feels uneven. Does this warrant an emergency room visit?
