Suggest Treatment For Blotchy Red Skin Above Eyes And Nose

Hi my partner has very angry blotchy red skin above his eyes and around his nose, this only seems to occur when he is stressed but does not go down for days at a time he has been given a steriod cream before but this did not work , i am wondering whether there are any vitamins or anything simailar that may help calm his skin down
