Suggest Treatment For Blue Scar On Knee

hi when i was younger i fell on a burnt out car and split my knee open , now i have a scar on my knee that has blue ink in it , my doctor said it was a tatoo scar . . i really want it removed it looks like dirt . if i ask my doctor will he get it removed ??? thankyou
