Suggest Treatment For Blurred Vision, Dehydration, Fatigue And Tingling In Fingers

I am 48 years old and am in good shape. I eat relatively well but sometimes diet (low carb+higher fat, nutrisystem, vitamixer, etc,...). I drink a lot of water. However, I binge drink (alcohol) less frequently now - but I used to do it rather frequently. I also used to smoke regularly. I do not smoke regularly anymore. I have blurred vision that comes and goes. I have an over active bladder (that stores a large amount of urine), I am constantly dehydrated and fatigued, and am now starting to get numbness or tingling in my fingers (comes and goes).
