Suggest Treatment For Body Ache,headache, Cough And Sore Throat

I have had body aches for nearly two weeks. Initially I thought it was arthritis. I have chills, headache, cough, sore throat, no appetite. I went to an outpatient walk-in clinic on Monday and received a shot and amoxicillin 875mg. Tuesday and Wednesday I thought I was doing better. The weather turned cold Wednesday evening. I became ill again. I was not in the cold weather. I called my primary care physician today an was told he would return my call. He did not. The emergency was crowded so I returned home. I am too weak to drive myself. My temp has been 101 to 102.3. I took Tylenol. Please advice.
