Suggest Treatment For Body Itch And Rashes On The Trunk

I worked in the garden last Monday - today being Saturday. I showered immediately after coming in the house. The next day I began itching all over - I now have red rash all over my trunk and extremities. My eczema has flared up terribly. I had no contact with poison ivy. I take lisinopril, 10gr of lexapro and 90mg Armour Thyroid everyday.

i am very uncomfortable. Could this be sun poisoning or reaction to the meds I take?
