Suggest Treatment For Body Itching And Aches

Okay so I am a 14 year old girl and a week ago I drank acouple sips of water from a cooler and I looked down and saw what looked like green mold . About an hour later I had a bowel movement and itching skin . Now I'm havin body aches and some chest pain and a headache this week . If there any way I can know if the mold is still in my body and what to do ? I'm also on my period ., could this have something to do with it ?
