Suggest Treatment For Body Pain And Headaches

I've been having body aches all day today, and the aches got worse once I got to work. Also for the past 2 days I've been having bad headaches and sweating in my sleep, which I don't do normally. Am I coming down with a cold or the flue? I've also been a little conjusted in the nose. And I don't have an appetite either.
