Suggest Treatment For Body Pain, Red Bumps On Inner Thighs And Calves

I have been sick for over a week, 2 day period in between of feeling better and now back to being sick. The first wave of this sickness was just stomach/ bowl related. Now in stage 2 my whole body aches (muscles, skin, head) and temporarily I have been using asprin just to sleep and make it through a day. the newest development is the random red bumps on my inner thighs/ calfs. They were not there a day or two ago and they do not hurt or bother me but I thought it was weird for them to appear overnight. I thought bed bugs for the sores at first but realized I never had any bumps like this nor are they located anywhere else. Thoughts?
