Suggest Treatment For Body Pain With Fibromyalgia

i am female 57 on 100 levothyroxin for years but have not felt well my body hurts so much it hurts to walk have beentold have fibromayalgia been on lots of tablets but have weaned off them am going to have more blood tests have been taking 50 mg for last 6 days at night n ibuprufen will the drop in thyroxin harm me or maybe i do need less i will do all i can to help feel better
