Suggest Treatment For Body Rashes In 1 Year Kid

my one year old little girl has a rash that developed fairly quick not a ton of bumps but they are spread all over her except i have not noticed them on her legs, they are slightly raised she has no fever she is not acting as if she even notices them at all and they are red but do blanch when pressed
