Suggest Treatment For Body Weakness

My sister is having weakness for 2/3 days. Yesterday she was faint in her office due to weakness. She is married we checked pregnency but it was negative. Her age is 24 years, weight is 45kg height 5ft and she has low pressure. Now she cant even move for weakness. What could be the solution..??
