Suggest Treatment For Boil In Genital Area

hi sir from few day i am suffering from heat problem. i had a boil in left side of my urine. few moths before i had same problem but that time puse had came out i it had became all right. but now what should i do is it is any serious problem it need to do any kind of operations? pls help me.
