Suggest Treatment For Boil In The Leg

my daughter has a boil on her left leg i took her to the doctors they took a swab and said 2 come back in two days if it comes back and needs antibiotics he will give them to me she is in alot of pain and is very sooky , she is also doin alot of poo's it seems like a big lump should i take her to the hospital
