Suggest Treatment For Boil Under The Skin Of Chin

Hi, I'm 34 years old, had a hysterectomy 18 months ago and I'm on hrt. I'm getting really down with spots on my chin I say spots but they are more like a big boil that stays under the surface of the skin, when they finally go I am left with tiny little spots that are in clusters. I am using the elemus skin care range but they just don't seem to be going away! Please could you advise me on what I should do.
