Suggest Treatment For Boils And Blackheads On Inner Thigh And Pubic Area

I keep developing boils n blackheads on my inner thigh n bikini area. Most r jst normal boils but iv had a couple that become very red, irritated, and painful. I use a salve and cover with a band-aid till it pops. One i had bout 6 mnths ago and the one i currently have were different from the rest. They became unusually painful and when they poped they drained pus n blood for several days. They started out lookn like blackheads then after a couple days of draining they became normal color but developed a hole which eventually healed. The one i currently have has been draining for approx. 3days and the open sore is becoming bigger n deepr. Can u please give me some suggestions.
