Suggest Treatment For Boils Appearing On The Scrotum & Penis

my son had a very painful pimple like growth almost looks like a boil on his scrotum , it finally came to a head and had a white thick discharge. then another popped up on the other side which did the same and now another is forming in the middle under the penis. What is this?
