Suggest Treatment For Boils Found Under The Skin Near Nipple

so im 16 and im having a very sharp pain in like a marlbe sized ball under the skin near my nipple.. it hurts all the time escecailly when i bump it.. its been hapeining for the past few days now, it feels better when i ice it, but not for very long.. what could this be?
