Suggest Treatment For Boils On Groin And Breast With Joints Pain

Hello....I am suffering from boils on the skin which form on the groin area and under my breasts. I weigh 86 kgs. My height is 5 feet 3 inches. I am overweight. I am 38 years old. I also suffer from disc prolapsis. I fell down from stairs in 2003 so I hurt myself. A depression has formed in my right hip. Sometimes I feel pain in my breast. I also develop skin rashes in groin area as well as under breasts. I feel cramps in my legs as well as I feel burning sensation in my feet. I cannot control my diet. I feel pain in my knee joints. Please help me.
