Suggest Treatment For Boils On Penis

Good morning sir,
I am 29 years old single my weight is 54kgs i am facing some issue since a week long now i feel some small boils i feel pus like liquid is formed around my penis and have rashes and it has become reddish in color and emitting foul smell i am very particular about hygiene am really worried as am going to marry with 2-3 months please help me out is this any serious problem this the first time am facing this problem
