Suggest Treatment For Boils On The Groin Area And Finger

I am 31 and never had a boil. Within the last 5 days, 4 have appeared in groin area and 1 on index finger. Is it normal for so many to appear at once or should I be concerned? I am not diabetic, and unfortunately not in a position to afford a doctor visit and antibiotics. Without access to medicine and ability to maintain optimal hygienic conditions, what are the chances of this escalating?
