Suggest Treatment For Boils On The Stomach And Inner Thighs

I have multiple red painful boils with black centers on my stomach and inner thighs....theyre painful at first but then they begin to peel and sometimes disappear and leave a dark mark other times they stop hurting but become hard and numb please let me know what this could possibly be thank you
