Suggest Treatment For Bone Tuberculosis

I was diagnosed with bone tuberculosis after decompression surgery for cervical spine when i developed a non healing sinus at the site of ICBG region. I have undergone AKT4 treatment for a period of one and half years during which i have gained a lot of weight. Now i am off AKT4 and doing all i can to bring down my weight. However, my efforts are not yielding the expected results and i am getting depressed day by day. I am an active corporate and have a busy schedule including lot of travelling. I cannot lift any weight due to the implant surgery which has healed completely now. I walk a minimum of 6 km everyday and control my intake as much as possible. Please suggest me what can be done? Should i consult a gynaecologist if AKT4 has resulted in radical change in hormone levels. I have also lost the original sheen and texture of my hair. Please send your valuable suggestions
