Suggest Treatment For Borderline Bipolar Illness In Children

FI have a friend with a daughter who has borderline bipolar illness. y friend has virtually lost control of her own house and property as she feels challenging her daughter will tip her over the edge. My friend is afraid of and for her daughter. My friend is a widow aged 67 and her daughter is in her 30 s.my friend needs help but is in a negative spiral.
