Suggest Treatment For Bowel Incontinence In A Physically Handicap

My elder sister who s 25 years old and physically handicapped....she s passing her stools(loss motions) daily 2 times in the morning..but s is active all through the day...this s happening since a month... We cannot take her a long way for treatment because she s feared of travelling...can u please help of out....
