Suggest Treatment For Brain Tumour

hi sir gud mrng dis smg naidu from kurnool nly in my relative one member had a brain tumour and surgery also over nd radiation therapy also over in 2008 and she was having again slowly developed seizours and doctor consultation also over nd he s advised ct and mri and finally doctors found tumour is again developing and he is advised surgery nd my doubt was surgery s the better option or she s just keep on chemo drugs can u suggest me wch one s better option iam waiting for urs valuble suggistion
