Suggest Treatment For Breakouts On Face Due To Weather Change

Hi , I recently got transferred to Chennai from Mumbai and after shifting here, i have had too many breakouts on my face. I never had pimples all through my life but now im grappling with it. Pimples have gone but have left many black marks. How do i get rid of it? can you suggest some fast methods please
