Suggest Treatment For Breast Abscess

I had a breast biopsy in Sept. This week, for the first time since healing, I have what feels like an inside boil...very sore to touch and about 1 1/2 inch area (not involving the biopsy spot but next to it) and tissue is very pink and hot. What can I do to heal it.
