Suggest Treatment For Breast Lump With Nipple Discharge

My mom had nipple discharge a year ago. We consulted doctor and the reports said she had very small lump her left breast and it is in beingn stage.

The nipple discharge continued but at irregular interval. She looks very weak and tired always.

Can you suggest what should be our next step. We are planning to send her for a holy pilgrimage for 40 days.
Is it ok for her to travel with such a condition.
