Suggest Treatment For Breast Pain And Soreness After Injury

hi the other day i accidently hit myself in the breast very hard when changing the bedding it really hurt and now so sensitive to touch even standing up hurts the area it bright red and my whole breast hurts,im breastfeeding my 12week old and wondered if any complications could arise.it does hurt when i feed her but not sure it its the sucking or just that shes touching it that hurts
