Suggest Treatment For Breast Pain Radiating To Back And Arm

Hi, I am a 35year old female. I have a pain in my left breast that radiates to the chest and back and left arm. The pain in the breast as a burning sensation. I am breastfeeding my 10 months old daughter. I had my heart checked out and all was fine. I do not feel any lumps in my breast. This pain has been on for almost 2 months now.. Please advice..
