Suggest Treatment For Breast Pain

I had a cyst removed in the breast under bra line that never biopsied. Its 8 months ago but sometimes the part where they removed the cyst is in pain and my left breast is numb sometimes. I can run or do exercise cause of this and shortness of breath. What could i do with this situation? Should i have it check out?
