Suggest Treatment For Breast Pain

my wife have a problem of breast pain we did momography and sonography the doctor said report is normal dr gave medicine and said if also there is problem then concern to the bones doctor so please help me what to do she have severe pain in breast and pain begins from breast and goes to full hand and finger right hand
