Suggest Treatment For Breast Pain

I have a pain in on the left hand side of my breast at the top. When i sit still it doesnt hurt although when i touch it i can feel pain but when i walk its very sore and i have to hold my breast and put pressure on it to stop to pain. Its been there for a month now and seems to be more constant now? Im 21yrs old
