Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty And Back Pain

Pain in middle back , just tested 3 months ago and have emphysema. Have apt with pulmonologist in late may. Earliest apt I could get. Trying to get new primary in place since company changed insurance. A little difficulty breathing once in awhile but active. Slight tingling and numbness in right arm/ hand.
