Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty While Having Deviated Nasal Septum

Hi doctor,Iam having DNS towards left nose since 10 years.now iam 28 years old.I feel difficulty in breathing especially at night and recurrently iam having cold and watery discharchage from nose,sometimes I feel itching in both eyes along with agglutination.
