Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty

Throat problem possible lay taking out my larrixp ...have a hard time breathing very labored take a couple of steps , do anything difficult cannot difficultively breathing. Suggest taking out tube in throat or Larax? Which one do you think would be best? Thank You.
