Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness And Back Pain While Having Elevated Heart Rate

I am very short of breath with severe pain in my middle back. started on right side only now on both sides. heart rate is elevated. was recently in hospital with pertussis and pleurisy. cough has been gone for some time. what can i do to be more comfortable until my pulmonologist visit on monday?
