Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness, Chest Pain, Heart Palpitations And Nausea

Hi. What's mean with my heartbeat (the rhythm) is sometimes fast, stop, slow and the pressure goes down and up. Few days ago, I have an episode that I feel with less breath, pain on my chest, my heartbeat was out of control and nausea. Sorry for my broken English. HOpe u can understand.
