Suggest Treatment For Bright Red Swollen Lips

Two weeks ago sudden appearance of bright red swollen lips w/o sores. Cheek, gums and tongue all fine; no redness or sores of any kind. Resistant to normal home-remedies; increasing water intake, bland diet, copious and repeated application of very high quality eye cream (basically, cream sensitive enough for my eyes but too expensive to use anywhere else). No recent changes to diet. No change to physical surroundings or routine. No rashes or skin disturbances anywhere else on my person. Only recent illness or injury was staph infection on the bottom of my foot that cleared up just 6 months ago (after 19 months of treatment). Suggestions?
